TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. WHO ARE WE? WHAT IS THIS WEBSITE FOR?
These terms and conditions of use ("Terms of use") rule the use of the website www.redleyeurope.com ("Site"). The site is owned and operated by S2 HOLDING and managed by Cipriano e Maron, Lda. with registered office at Avenida António Sardinha, Torre 1 - 4. º E 7350-091 ELVAS, with Commercial Registry Number and Corporate Tax Number PT 516078119 ("REDLEY®" or "we"). You can contact us via our Contact page, managed by our Customer Service. We use the site to promote and provide information about REDLEY® products, as well as REDLEY® shops and promotional initiatives.
On the site you can also purchase REDLEY® products. If you purchase products on the site, the purchase is subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which also include information on which company sells the products to you.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the following definitions shall apply:
"REDLEY" - the legal entity that sells the products on the website www.redleyeurope.com;
"User" - the natural person (yourself), who places an order on the www.redleyeurope.com site, for non-commercial purposes;
The use of the site www.redleyeurope.com and the purchase of REDLEY products assume the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the User.
2. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE
To make an order / purchase register you may first fill out the existing form in "my account".
It is also possible to place your order/purchase without prior registration. However, registration allows your data to be stored for future actions, as well as giving you access to your user history, always respecting your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
After completing your registration you will have access to your account and you will be able to manage your settings, save your favorite items as well as track your orders.
From the moment you log into your personal account, you accept the present Terms and Conditions.
To access specific site functions (for example to review your order history, you must register and open a personal account ("Account"). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, unless you demonstrate that your account is being used by a third party without your consent. You have the responsibility to protect your access credentials and keep them confidential. REDLEY® EUROPE is not liable for any loss or damage suffered due to your failure to comply with these obligations. REDLEY® EUROPE may terminate or suspend your account, at any time and without prior notice, if: (i) REDLEY® EUROPE believes that you are using your account in violation of these Terms of Use, (ii) REDLEY® EUROPE believes that third parties are using your account without your consent, or (iii) for significant security or maintenance reasons. You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service via our Contact page.
3. PLACING ORDERS ON REDLEYEUROPE.COM
To order on redleyeurope.com it is necessary that you have an e-mail account to register and that the browser you use is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups that will allow you to have an optimized experience and access to all the navigational conditions of our online shop.
To make your online purchase you need to:
• Identify the product(s) you wish to purchase;
• Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Bag";
• Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into REDLEY® EUROPE's database as provided for in the Privacy Policy, including the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", "Payment Method", telephone number and Tax Identification Number (TIN);
• Review your order, confirm your order and proceed to payment.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail, with details of the payment method you have chosen. Once the payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
In the customer area you can obtain all the details of your purchase.
Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.
By sending the order form you accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.
REDLEY® EUROPE reserves the right not to accept and to cancel orders already confirmed in the following cases:
• The product is not available;
• Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on redleyeurope.com;
• Payment is not confirmed;
• Invoicing information is not correct or verifiable;
• Delivery is not possible;
• There is a price quotation error.
4. PRICES
The prices of the products shown on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and will be described on the invoice sent to the User.
The prices are all quoted in euros (€). Customs costs related to the country of delivery of the order will be charged.
The prices of the products presented on the Website are subject to change. REDLEY® EUROPE reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
In the event of an error in the price of the products ordered, REDLEY® EUROPE or the User may, until the order is dispatched, cancel the order (or error in favor of the client, REDLEY® EUROPE supports, error against client, REDLEY® EUROPE refunds).
The total price at checkout includes taxes of the country of origin (Portugal) and postage (when applicable, or if chosen by the User).
The User must only pay the amount stated in the order confirmation.
All orders are processed in Euros (€). Should your bank account be in another currency, the exchange rate applied to debit your bank account will be automatically determined by the bank and not by REDLEY® EUROPE.
WHICH OF MY PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY REDLEY® EUROPE?
In order to be able to access certain functions of the site, including areas for registered users or to subscribe to the newsletter, we may ask you to provide certain personal data. The processing activities we carry out with such data are described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices and policy regarding the processing of personal data, we suggest that you immediately stop using this site.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
The User may pay for his/her orders through payment generators in Crypto Currency, Credit Card VISA, Mastercard; Maestro, MBway, ATM Reference.
REDLEY® EUROPE does not accept any other method of payment other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any other means of payment than those previously mentioned and available on the Website, should he/she do so, we cannot be held liable for any damages and/or losses that may arise from such conduct.
6. REDLEY® PRODUCTS
The redleyeurope.com site is directed to all users and clients who wish to acquire REDLEY® products, without commercial purposes, i.e. the resale of products.
The photographs of REDLEY® products are merely illustrative and may present differences in colours or materials. Although the images try to be as faithful as possible to the product, they may not accurately reflect some characteristics, so it is essential to consult the information of the details present in each product.
REDLEY® reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the information, the offer of products, prices, promotions and the terms and conditions of sale on the redleyeurope.com website.
7. QUALITY
REDLEY® EUROPE does not sell second-hand products, products with defects or with raw materials other than those described in the details of each product.
Although REDLEY® EUROPE tries to be as faithful as possible in illustrating its products, images may present variations in colour and texture depending on the monitors in question. We therefore advise you to always consult the details of each product. If you need any further information you may contact us by e-mail customercare@redleyeurope.com so that we may assist you.

The shipping rates will be shown as soon as you enter your address and according to the total calculation of the products you want to buy.
9. DELIVERY
REDLEY® EUROPE dispatches the product(s) ordered by you from Monday to Friday and are dispatched 24h to 48h working hours after order confirmation.
There is no possibility to schedule the delivery of our products, thus requiring the presence of someone on the day and place of delivery to ensure successful delivery. However, the carrier always makes a previous contact. In Portugal mainland and islands you can also schedule your pick up at the CTT Post Offices available.
If there is no one at the indicated delivery address to accept delivery of the product(s), the carrier will leave a notice on your mailbox with information on the pick-up point. Any questions you can always contact +351 309 702 700 or send email to contacto@moovelogistica.pt.
If during the course of your order we detect any product unavailability, REDLEY® EUROPE will inform you as soon as the unavailability is detected and you may choose another product, wait for the unavailable product to be replaced or refunded.
Should the carrier find it impossible to complete delivery on the indicated date, it will contact you to arrange a new date.
It is up to you, as the user, at the time of delivery to check if the packaging has any damage or signs of having been violated and if you find any sign of this you should not accept the order, which will be returned. The situation must be reported via e-mail to customercare@redleyeurope.com, describing the situation and attaching a photograph whenever possible. REDLEY® EUROPE will resend another order at no additional cost or cancel and refund it, depending on what you wish.
The delivery is considered complete once you have signed the invoice and document sent by the carrier.
In cases where it is not possible to proceed with the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice at the place of delivery, with date and time in which it tried to proceed and the pick-up point for the order. If the goods are not picked up at the pick-up point within the defined period, they will be returned to REDLEY® EUROPE.
Countries covered: Austria; Belgium; Estonia; Czech Republic; Finland; France; Germany; Greece; Ireland; Italy; Latvia; Lithuania; Luxembourg; Netherlands; Slovenia and Slovakia.
We do not ship to: British Overseas Territories, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, British Army Post Office, Livigno, Vatican City, Republic of San Marino, Dutch Overseas Territories, French Overseas Territories, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, Denmark, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands and PO Boxes.
10. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You can cancel your order, as long as you request it via e-mail customercare@redleyeurope.com before shipment.
Orders cancelled before shipment are refundable both the value of the order and the shipping costs (if applicable to your location) assigned to it since the shipment will not be effective.
Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to the conditions set out in the Right of Free Dispatch, an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
REDLEY® EUROPE does not bear the shipping costs of product exchanges which may arise under the responsibility of the Client. Products which are defective or do not conform to the order do not generate any costs of postage for the User.
Upon wrongful receipt of a REDLEY® EUROPE product, with a defect or other non-conformity, you may choose to replace the product or to rescind the contract, i.e. return and refund.
As soon as you discover a defect or other non-conformity, you must communicate this by email to customercare@redleyeurope.com describing the defect or non-conformity of the product and, where possible, attaching supporting images.
Upon receipt of the email we will contact you to follow up on the replacement of the product or termination of contract, if we are effectively facing a defect or anomaly.
11. COMPLAINTS
REDLEY® EUROPE truly cares about its clients' feedback. As such, any complaint/suggestion for improvement/need for support that you require, please let us know via e-mail customercare@redleyeurope.com and we undertake to contact you within a maximum period of 10 working days upon receipt of your e-mail.
12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURN TERMS
You may terminate your contract within 14 days of receiving your order provided that:
• The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and without signs of use;
• The product(s) are complete and with all the material that accompanies the order, which must also be returned.
You may exercise your right of Free Resolution by filling in the return form that comes with the order and submitting it to the e-mail customercare@redleyeurope.com and placing the return label in a properly sealed package and follow up according to the Delivery, Exchanges and Returns policy.
The costs of returning the order when exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by REDLEY® EUROPE and in cases where REDLEY® EUROPE has not charged shipping costs. In the event that shipping costs have been allocated to the initial order, they will not be refundable, except in the case of a refund justified by a defect or non-compliance of the products sent.
REDLEY® EUROPE proceeds with the refund upon reception of the products and confirmation of the appropriate conservation status which, when intact, will lead to the refund of the amount paid for the order through the same means of payment used, within a maximum of 15 working days.
In the event that the returned items show signs of use, REDLEY® EUROPE reserves the right to not accept the return and to refuse a refund.
13. WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE CONTENT AND MATERIALS ON THIS SITE?
The information contained in this site, together with any materials incorporated in it, are copyrighted by REDLEY®. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Individual pages or materials may contain different proprietary notices.
