If your size varies (for example: sometimes you wear 40 or 40.5), we recommend the number above (i.e. 41 in this example).
Important tips:
• Neasure the length of your feet from the heel to the tip of your big toe. Measure both feet!
• The larger foot is your "guide" to choose the correct number and then cross-reference with our size guide.
You'll find that information on the label that comes with your shoes.
But as we know that you care about your REDLEYs, here are the main care tips:

• Clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap
• Remove your shoelaces for washing
• Do not soak
• Do not machine wash or use a dryer
• Dry only in the shade and preferably with the sole down
Other tips:
• Use as little water as possible
• Do not use a hairdryer or any other heat source to dry your REDLEY
• To reduce any odors, we recommend wearing socks. However if you like wearing your REDLEY without socks (in the summer it's great), let your REDLEY shoes air out in the shade for a period between 8h to 12h after wearing them. Well, but if you want to go further you can always use an antiseptic
• As with any footwear, we advise that REDLEY sneakers are stored in places without humidity.

Because the models available in each shop that sells your REDLEY depends on the choice and request of the person in charge of that shop.

However, if you have seen a REDLEY on the site, you can ask the shop to order that specific model, which will be available in 2 to 4 working days.

The delivery time for REDLEY varies according to the destination of the order.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items bought in a retail shop where you bought your REDLEY. We suggest you return the item to the shop where you bought it. Returns, refunds and exchanges are processed at the shop's discretion.
